Practice Update – eConsults
With immediate effect the eConsult facility will only be available during our normal opening hours. If you require medical assistance outside of these times, you will need to use the Out of Hours service via the national NHS 111 call line.
We recommend you use the eConsult facility to avoid long waiting times on the telephone. Telephone calls and eConsults are triaged in the same way and are prioritised on medical need not method of contact.
